Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP™)
WRAP™ is a powerful wellness tool that helps those who use it focus on wellness and wholeness instead of illness and sickness. A Wellness Recovery Action Plan can be used to work on a variety of health issues: losing or gaining weight, developing an exercise program, reducing fatigue, improving diet, increasing stamina, and/or getting more high quality sleep.
It can also serve as a day-by-day guide for working on personal and growth-oriented issues such as raising self-esteem and self-confidence, learning to advocate effectively for your self, improving the overall quality of your life, and moving ahead.

During this 6-week Women’s Circle you will:
- Build Your Wellness Toolbox
- Create Your Daily Maintenance Plan
- Identify Triggers, Early Warning Signs and Signs of Potential Crisis
- Develop a Crisis Plan
- Establish a Nurturing Lifestyle
- Set Up a Support System
- Increase Your Self-Esteem
- Learn to Relieve Tension & Stress
